The Gift of Perspective

Psalm 37:23-25 NLT
C.S. Lewis once wrote, “For what we see and hear depends a good deal on where you are standing: it also depends on what sort of person you are.”. It has been said that we are the product of where we have been and what we’ve experienced in life. These things also have a way of shaping how we see the world and others. We stand on the hills of our past to try and understand the future. God’s Word reminds us that the Gift of Perspective is not static. We must continue to grow and learn from the diversity experiences of others.
