Scott Hale
Since 2014, Scott has served on our staff in role where he gets to be on the frontlines of tangibly meeting the physical and spiritual needs of those within our church family and community. Each day looks a little different for him, but it always involves connecting with people in ways such as distributing benevolence funds to those in need, helping connect people to trusted resources, walking with people to create a plan to get out of a challenging situation, and overseeing various volunteer teams within the church. Scott also helps organize our annual Angel Tree, which is a powerful way to serve the children and families of our community during the Christmas season.
The reason Scott loves being a part of this Christ Church family is the people! Before joining the staff, he got to serve people in a different but just as important capacity through his background in education and music. A little-known fun fact about Scott is that he used to play in a steel drum band, which got to be the opener for a Jimmy Buffet concert when he was in college.
