Those who embrace the upside-down culture of God's Kingdom, as revealed in the Beatitudes, will likely face persecution. Yet, Jesus calls them blessed when it happens, for it is evidence that the life of God is within them. How can Jesus’ teaching on persecution free us from fear and encourage us in our hope in God?
