In a distracted world, everything demands our attention. The true reality, though, is that we are always seeking something. What if instead of seeking something we seek someone? As Jesus shows through the demon possessed man, the desire of his heart is to transform us from the inside out. He wants to change our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. Things of this world become secondary to seeking love, joy, truth, and peace. Jesus shows through a man who has been through bondage that tranformation can only occur through a decision to seek his presence above all else. The question is will you and I seek to take the time to spend time in his presence? That is the first step to allow Jesus to change us from the inside out and to use us to make much of his name here!
