It isn’t something we live out by trying harder, but it grows from a posture of surrender. As prayer loosens our grip on control and re-centers us on God, we become people who live and respond with grace, mercy, and kindness. And over time, the Golden Rule becomes the outward fruit of an inward transformation—evidence that the life of God’s Kingdom is taking root in us.
