Second Sunday of Advent | 2021
December 5, 2021 |
Luke 1:26-38 (NRSV)
On this Second Sunday of Advent, we are reminded that even though the seasons of our lives will change, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. In this time together, we hear of changing seasons in the lives of some of our pastors, and how God is faithfully guiding through them all. Mary and Joseph put their absolute trust in the unchanging God who led them through necessary changes in their lives, all so the life of the Son could be born in and through them. May we as Christ Church do the same!
