When Jesus entered the city of Jerusalem the people greeted him with palm branches and shouts of “Hosanna, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!”. We remember it as a day filled with joy. But what was the source or reason for their excitement? Why were they praising Him on that day? This is the question that we must answer as we celebrate Holy Week.
