Christian hope is more than wishful thinking. It is a confident expectation of a yet unfulfilled reality. The reality of the Kingdom of God which Jesus brings has broken into our lives and world through His first advent, and is coming in all its fullness through His second advent. As people who live in this “already but not yet” reality, our hope is alive in the One who is faithful to finish and fulfill what He has begun through Christ for all Creation.
