Suffering in the Spirit

Romans 8:18-39
In Romans 8, we are reminded that the resurrection of Jesus and the gift of the Holy Spirit give us the strength to endure suffering with hope and purpose. Though Paul experienced imprisonment, persecution, and deep suffering for following Jesus, he could still declare that our present sufferings are not worth comparing to the glory God will reveal. No matter what we may endure along the way, God promises nothing can separate us from His love or from the glory which He has promised to those who love, trust, and put their hope in Him.
